ADORABLE 13.2HH PONY

We're looking for a loving, caring person/family to care for Minstrel 2-4 days a week on a great, family-friendly yard in Lower Heswall. He's great for hacking on and doing flatwork on (walk, trot and some cantering). Perfect for someone wanting to improve their confidence in riding and pony handling as he's very easy-going. Minstrel is an adorable 13.2hh pony who I learned to ride on when I was about eight years old. I'm at university now so unfortunately am not here to ride him a lot of the time but we love him too much to sell him. He used to do lead rein and small showjumping competitions but is now a little bit too old for jumping, making him perfect for someone who is a first time loaner or looking to improve generally with an easy-going pony. He's very well behaved both to ride and be with in the stable. Loves being groomed, plaited and bathed - especially in the sun! And is good with children and animals alike. He has a great temperament, if a little greedy for food, the worst thing he'll do is try and eat grass when you're leading him to the field. Easy to clip, muck out, lead, tack up and everything. His last loaners were a family, with girls in primary school and a younger toddler who had no problem with helping to groom even in the stable as he stands still happily.
